Shaping Tomorrow's Architects: Kirley Architects Internship Program

Timeless architectural design begins with timeless skills

Our architecture internship program combines classical design education with hands-on mentorship, preparing the next generation through traditional drawing techniques and design fundamentals.

Architecture Student Training & Professional Development

The Kirley Architects education program specializes in hand-drawn architectural sketches and traditional design methods that foster critical thinking and spatial awareness—skills that digital tools cannot replace.

This year, two exceptional classes of architecture interns joined our Marin County studio. Our Bay Area internship program welcomes both high school students exploring architecture careers and college students pursuing architectural degrees, developing confidence and creative expertise under professional guidance.

Intern artwork: Developing classical design skills through traditional hand-drawn architectural studies.

Field study at Mill Valley City Hall: Our interns learn to see and capture architectural details through direct observation.
